At the age of two, Tanya was filled with the Holy Spirit, praying in tongues and laying hands on the sick. Her passion and love for God has flourished as she commits herself to sharing the word of God, encouraging people to seek God at an early age, fulfilling their call and purpose in life, to use their God-given talents and gifts to bring glory to Him. Tanya, First Lady of Crenshaw Christian Center Namibia is affectionately known as Lady T, has served faithfully as a Helps Ministry worker at CCC Los Angeles for 16 years before accepting the call to serve God's people in Namibia.

She has been blessed to serve in the Youth, Music and Big Sister's auxiliaries, as well as Team Captain with the youth and young adult evangelistic team, F.I.R.E., where these young adults put their hands to the plow to do the work of the ministry in Brazil, Mexico, Jamaica and Africa. In 2004, Tanya, ministered at Dr. Betty Price's Women's Retreat where God used her to encourage the young ladies and anyone in earshot to Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Matthew 6:33. This was her battle cry then, and still rings true today.

Lady T, along with her husband, Pastor Mike Amey and their two beautiful children serve the awesome congregation at Crenshaw Christian Center, under the illustrious leadership of Apostle Frederick K.C. Price. Lady T, lives the life of holiness, she talks the talk and walks the walk.
