Austin, Texas is where Tanya chooses to call home and where she is based. A true Texan, she was born in Houston and grew up in a small hill country town called Wimberley. "I have always loved making art since I was old enough to hold a crayon and I never leave the house without a sketchbook in my bag."

Tanya Davis' art has extended into ceramic clay sculpture, jewelry making and digital photography. She received a B.S. in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University, and although Architecture did not become her chosen profession, the lessons she learned continue to strongly influence her attention to detail and form.

The Steampunk genre has always been of great interest to Tanya which she finds to be an endless source of inspiration.
