Tanya Grae is pursuing a PhD at Florida State University and holds an MFA from Bennington College, an EdS from Stetson University, and a BA from Rollins College, where she was awarded an Academy of American Poets Prize. Her work was recently selected by Yusef Komunyakaa to receive the 2016 Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival Poetry Prize. She is the author of the forthcoming chapbook Little Wekiva River (Five Oaks Press, August, 2016), and her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in AGNI, The Florida Review, New South, The Los Angeles Review, The Adroit Journal, Sugar House Review, and other places.
