Hi! thanks for visiting me. My passion is in helping people fnd balance and peace. I also love to dance and firmly believe that dance is one of most beautiful things to enjoy while we are in a body along with music and food! I love all three but dance was my first love as a child and still years later, its the one thing that brings aliveness and joy to my body and soul. As a dancer first and then a healer, it was natural to bring the two things together and Wu Tao is the outcome of that. It's a beautiful dance meditation system that balances life force energy in the body and restores harmony and peace. We all need that right? I love what I do firstly because I get to dance, stay fit and keep my mind focused, happy and peaceful but mostly I love to teach and witness the transformation in others. I have the best job in the world teaching people how easy it is to come home to peace and joy!
I am also a mother to two divine daughters Dakota and Belle. Belle passed away at age 12 from complications of Rett Syndrome. She was my inspiration and angel. She taught me how to live.
Since Belle passed I have retrained as a Registered Nurse and am now providing nursing care to people in the community.
I have had a very rich and amazing life so far. I have also had many challenges and difficult experiences that have shaped me and given me depth, courage and compassion.
I believe we are all here for a reason and part of that reason is to give something back. A kind of thank you gift to the universe for the privilege of being here. I feel most inspired and alive when I am being useful to someone. It doesn't have to be a big thing. My children blessed me with the greatest opportunity to give selflessly and Belle especially gave me so much by needing me. My love could flow forever because she needed me.
My work now is providing health and spiritual mentoring to people who need support to get their lives back on track. I do this in my nursing work and through the provision of my Wu Tao classes, training and retreats
My daily prayer to the Divine is:
With your blessing I let me grow
I embrace the wholeness that beckons me with love
Let me be instrumental in bringing peace to our world
here
now
Let me surrender to it all.
Blessings and Love
