Tapanga is a student, independent business owner, and nanny currently residing in Durham, North Carolina. She is interested in entrepreneurship, reading, shopping, painting, and yoga.

“We fall down, but we get back up.” Is not just a gospel song that Tapanga has always loved but also a saying that truly defined her life journey. Educated at Southeast Raleigh High School she graduated with a 2.7 GPA in 2015 before she started her college journey at North Carolina Central University. Her first year she made the AB Honor roll which started her college journey out with a bang. Two years later, tragedy hit and she lost both of her grandparents each one year apart which caused her college career to come to a halt. After she had a semester off she came back stronger than ever prepared to fix her GPA and get back to where she started. Currently she is prepared to graduate in 2019 from North Carolina Central University.

In her life journey outside of college she had great success in the world of business when she started her process of being an independent business owner in the online retail marketing world. Her business is now going strong along with her college career.
