In his current role as the founder and CEO, veteran investment banker Tapasije Mishra is bringing his in-depth domain understanding of businesses and interpersonal skills to partner with exceptional businesses and entrepreneurs.

Previously, he led a team of 150 skilled professionals while simultaneously building IDFC’s institutional securities and investment banking business.His proven leadership and team-building skills, coupled with the ability to direct teams in managing customer relationships helped IDFC to become a firm that is synonymous with customer centricity
