I am responsible for defining and executing a specific marketing strategy for a recruiting firm. Duties include cultivating new communities and managing branded online communities on the company's behalf using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media. Provide relevant content on a daily basis while tracking metrics and monitoring relevant conversations. I manage all job postings and blogs.

I build highly engaged social media following for clients and candidates across Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and other relevant social channels. I have successfully improved and driven the social reputation on review sites such as Glassdoor, Yelp, and Google Places. Responsible for the creation and execution plan of social media and SEO activities, and have seamlessly executed said plan which involves updates/posts/tweets/comments. I work with internal team members to deliver the plan in a timely and efficient manner to enhance our candidate satisfaction.
