About Me

I’ve built my career in mortgage servicing and business operations, helping organizations balance compliance with compassion. Along the way, I’ve managed complex portfolios, resolved executive escalations, and led cross-functional initiatives that improved efficiency and elevated outcomes. I’m trusted by senior leadership for training diverse teams and delivering strategic solutions that reduce inefficiencies while achieving sustainable results in highly regulated financial environments.

What drives me most is empowering people and fostering collaborative success. I’m passionate about youth mentorship through the Boys & Girls Club, volunteering in community outreach, and organizing events that promote career readiness and professional growth.

In my spare time, I’m exploring two aspirational projects: “Bridge Builders”, connecting organizations with local youth and community stakeholders, and “Customer Solutions Inc.”, a consulting concept that helps small business owners design and implement strategic plans aligned with purpose and performance. Both explore creating shared value through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Currently, I’m studying Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Community Organizations and preparing to pursue my Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) to deepen my foundation in leadership and public service.
