Tara Lewis

Tara, also affectionately known as TJ, is an dynamic, energetic, fun-loving individual. With enough ambition to fill a football field, nothing can stop her drive for personal & professional success. She is a team player with the enthusiasm and optimism to rally the troops whenever needed. In her spare time, she loves to sing - primarily with cover bands, and at open mic or improv venues, squeezing in a little karaoke here & there as well. With her strong alto voice, her favorite musical genres include hip-hip, R&B, pop, funk, and jazz.

Over the past five and a half years, Tara has done project coordination & project management in the wireless telecommunications industry. Prior to that, she worked as a bookkeeper or accountant in various industries, processing payables, receivables, and hourly payroll, with some purchasing & logistics coordination. Although project management & coordination are her primary focuses, Tara accepts temporary bookkeeping & accounting jobs inbetween positions. In her professional experience, she managed resources by working cross-functionally with other departments, and effectively communicated project statuses to upper management. Tara brings to the table proficiencies in MS Excel & MS Outlook, strong written & verbal communication skills, and exceptional leadership skills, as well as an understanding of how to manage project milestones, deliverables, schedules, and trackers, delivering results on-time and under or within budget. She is an innovative thinker, and can quickly mitigate any issues as they arise.

Although she is open to exploring different industries, especially the IT industry, Tara loves the wireless telecommunications industry. Ultimately no matter where in the world she ends up, and no matter the profession or industry, she wants to be groomed to reach new levels of success by a manager who trusts and believes in her drive & abilities as much as she believes in herself.
