I'm totally passionate about good food, and the way we live our lives. Living and working in rural France for 9 years taught me the importance of supporting the local food community, as well as introducing me to the wonderful world of gastronomy. I've always been interested in nature and the countryside, and for many years have supported the organic food industry.
