Communications strategist and digi-geek, I am the face and force behind 676 Communications, a new firm committed to delivering holistic communications strategy, coaching and training. 676 also works closely with Koch Ink, a fantastic design/communications firm based out of Kamloops BC.

A recent grad of Royal Roads University, my Masters research area looked at the messages that are being produced about women in leadership in digitally mediated spaces.

If you meet me you'll likely also get to meet Assistance Puppy-In-Training Merlot, a young black labrador. She's the third pup I've raised for PADS, and is equally at home relaxing at my feet at our local Starbucks, meeting new business associates (though don't be offended if she naps through our meetings) or even helping with shoe shopping.

When I'm not workin at what I love, I'm wife to the world's most extroverted introvert, Brian, "Mommyperson" to T'ea & Matthew, and head chef for a couple of canines (and a cat that rules us all).
