Through assistance with exercise and nutrition, I help people live healthier lives. With a degree in sports medicine and experience training over 200 clients in multiple environments, I am confident that I can assist anyone who wants to improve their physical capabilities. In addition to strength training and weight loss goals, I am experienced working with older adults and pregnant/postnatal women. I also greatly enjoy working with women who are hoping to become pregnant in the near future to create a strong and flexible body to make carrying and delivering the baby easier.
