Tara Krolczyk

TARA KROLCZYK
Is a California dance, yoga and Pilates instructor who has trained with some of the most reputable professionals and dance companies, including: Mikhail Baryshnikov, River North Dance Company, Gus Giordano’s Dance Company in Chicago, and several others. She has a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, is a member of the Yoga Alliance, and was trained by Patrick Strong of New York City, a disciple of the world-renowned Romana Kryzanowska.

Tara has appeared on Oprah, was a Radio City Rockette, and starred in cruise ship stage shows with Royal Caribbean. She appeared in a number of TV commercials, danced in international concert tours including Alexander O'Neal in Japan, and theatre productions. In 2010, Tara was a featured pro athlete on Athleta.net.

Tara is also the proprietor of LakeSUP, a unique stand up paddle business that brings a little aloha spirit to the lakes and to the California coast. Tara spends many hours promoting the sport that is still growing, helping others find the right board and paddle to match their active lifestyle.

In addition to an active life, she is also a wife and mother with two kids. Tara promotes the holistic lifestyle of yoga, Pilates, stand up paddle, and healthy living counteracting a fast-paced, fast-food world. She believes in the benefits of incorporating an active and optimistic lifestyle to keep the body and soul in sync.
