Ahlan wa sahlan! Hello and welcome! I'm Tara, a rising junior in high school living right outside of Philadelphia, PA. I received a full, merit-based scholarship sponsored by the U.S. Department of State to learn Arabic in Morocco this summer with a program called NSLI-Y (National Security Language Initiative for Youth). My blog will highlight my adventures in Morocco's capital, Rabat, and hopefully provide you with an American's perspective on Moroccan life.
