About Me
sports enthusiast: The camaraderie between fans reminds me a lot of the Bible's image of the Church -- united by a common goal and full of passion. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I am an avid Pittsburgh fan -- Steelers, Penguins and Pirates. I moved to Florida in the 8th grade, and so I also cheer for the Tampa Bay Rays.
world traveler: I love experiencing other cultures and meeting new people. I have been to six continents, with only Australia left to visit. I have ministered in Bulgaria, Czechia, Greece, Haiti, Israel, Jamaica, Malawi, Mexico, Romania, Thailand, and Zimbabwe.
book lover: From a young age, I have had a deep appreciation for a good story and turn of phrase. Books instruct and inspire, exposing us to ideas and worlds beyond ourselves.
tv aficionado: It is probably taboo to admit this, but I enjoy TV. The ability of a show to invoke creativity, encourage conversation, and foster community should not be underestimated.
pastor: My ministry style is relational and involves walking alongside others -- experiencing life together, bearing witness to Christ's activity, and encouraging one another on our journey of faith.
