After 20+ years as a cultural producer and Co-Creative Director, my consulting practice translates deep intersectional, anti-racist theory into actionable, care-centered structural strategies.
I don't offer superficial DEI or quick fixes; I specialize in helping institutions, non-profits, and heritage organisations move beyond tokenism by designing high-rigour engagement methodologies that ethically center the needs of LGBTQIA+ and QTIPoC communities.
My approach, informed by frameworks like Radical Rhizomes, is dedicated to implementing sustainable 'invisible infrastructure' that combats burnout and ensures strategic longevity, all while consciously challenging colonial and capitalist structures.
My experience is proven in the field: I have secured significant funding, including £214,968 from The National Lottery Heritage Fund for the Queer Heritage South: Live Archive project, and successfully delivered large-scale community consultation on LGBTQIA+ heritage.
Furthermore, I established organizational resilience by strengthening governance, implementing new quarterly staff wellbeing check-ins, and sustaining a national network of QTIPoC leaders through shared learning and knowledge exchange.
I have consistently ensured all programs are built on access, with provisions in place for over 75% of events.
