I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the IUG University, Palestine. I have 9 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and entrepreneurship. I am currently the manager of UCAS Incubator programs, and I have worked with different institutions and organizations such as the University College of Applied Sciences, IUG and UNRWA. I am currently a board member in a charity society “Ibhar” for the talented and Nextep, a nonprofit company that supports entrepreneurial youth.

I played a great role in developing the Small Businesses and Entrepreneurship sector in the Gaza Strip. Since 2010, I have been managing some of the most important incubation programs locally. In (2010-2013) managed Mobaderoon 1 and 2 Programs. In (2014) I started working at UCAS Incubator where I helped develop the Incubator to become one of the best across Palestine; triple the number of applicants; design and develop incubation, acceleration and networking models; reinforce startup companies; and develop incubation models which suit the Palestinian environment. In 2013, I started Mobaderoon for Entrepreneurship Magazine, the first specialized printed magazine in Palestine. In 2009, I was awarded second place in the MIT Arab Business Plan Competition in Palestine.

I exerted tremendous efforts in the implementation of different entrepreneurship camps, hackathons such as Hack the Goals, and exhibitions. I have supervised more than 150 entrepreneurial projects and startups which have grown and employed hundreds of people. In recent years, I have established different startups such as Mada for Media and IT and HPS. During my work as the Manager of Ma’moun Unit for Translation, I helped turn it into an income-generating project where different people were employed.
