Photographing people and capturing emotions and events has always been my passion and is the most natural way for me to express myself.
I started shooting in 1999 when my grandmother gave me her old Olympus film camera. I studied at Concordia where I explored the artistic side of photography. After graduating I worked at several studios where I shot families, kids, babies and assisted several professional photographers at Heidi Hollinger Studio. Fast-forward to 2009 when I began assisting advertising and fashion photographers full time. Soon after I enrolled in the Commercial Photography program at Dawson College to fine-tune my technical skills. Lately I have become obsessed with natural light: learning how to control it and getting the most beautiful light possible.
