Tarsha Miller is a paralegal with experience in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and workers' compensation. As a paralegal, she is versatile in handling various day to day tasks. Daily tasks include drafting pleadings and motions, researching case law, conducting client and witness interviews, as well as, communicating with other attorneys, judges, and insurance companies.
Before becoming a paralegal, Ms. Miller spent 15 years in the collections industry working in several capacities from service representative to supervisor to acting manager. Ms. Miller obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. After being laid-off from the collections industry, Ms. Miller decided to pursue her passion of having a career in the legal industry. She promptly went back to school and obtained her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Clayton State University.
