Tarun Gupta

Tarun is a PhD Graduate student in his mid-20's at the U of M. His primary interests are in the area of evolution, cognitive neuroscience and animal behavior. He has done his Masters in Human Genomics and is currently a PhD student in Neuroscience and an NSF-IGERT fellow. He aspires for active engagement in policy issues and revisiting age-old philosophical dilemmas in light of modern scientific understanding. When not in lab, he can be found biking on Kim-williams trail, playing squash or ping pong, hiking or snowshoeing, or attending symphony concerts!
