Greetings, I’m Tarun Palthi!
I am a data enthusiast and analytical thinker skilled in digital analytics and business intelligence. I excel in data analysis, database development, project management, and documentation, with over 7 years of experience across industries like IT, telecommunications, finance, education, healthcare, retail, and pharmaceuticals.
I graduated in Computer & Information Science from NJIT, specializing in databases and data analysis, and pursued an MBA from New England College to enhance my business/management skills.
I began my professional career at ADP as a Mainframe DB2 DBA Intern and became a Business Data Analyst, working on data analysis, project management, and business intelligence tools. My interest in BI led me to PwC as a Financial Data Analytics Consultant, where I built workflow automations, developed analytical dashboards and tax reports. While working here, I developed an interest in web technologies, digital analytics, and marketing, which lead me to land on a role at Verizon.
At Verizon, I started as a Data Analytics Consultant in Digital Analytics, focusing on internal search and the customer self-service portal. Later, I transitioned to a team driving business growth through various experimentations on digital platforms.
Coming to my personal time, I enjoy cooking (especially Indian and Italian dishes), music, dancing, hiking, sports, photography, and exploring new adventures. I am also passionate about technology and follow tech updates online.
