Taryn Romanowich

A passionate and dedicated athlete at heart, she grew up playing sports with the boys. After leaving basketball behind to pursue the path to become an Athletic Therapist at the University of Regina, her competitive void was filled when introduced to CrossFit. This would begin to shape and mould the individual she is today.

Training for the 2012 CrossFit Games, Taryn is the Owner of her Affiliate, FUNCTION. Profoundly dedicated to her own training, she also coaches individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. She has worked with a variation of athletes - from Varisty athletes to everyday individuals.

Taryn graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and an Advanced Certificate from Mount Royal University in Athletic Therapy. As a young entrepreneur, she is continually building her business and expanding her knowledge.
