Spoke with Tarzy and asked her why she was wanting to cancel her account. She couldn't really give me a reason other than saying that she felt nothing was working and she also mentioned the price was too high. I told her that I didn't want her to feel like nothing was done for her and I mentioned that we optimized her Google listing and added her onto 30 directories. I told her I will fulfill her request and that I will waive our cancellation fee as a courtesy. I explained the cancel request form and she thanked me for the help. Call ended.
