Tashi is a Bronze Star decorated veteran proudly retired from the United States Army where she earned the rank of Major. In addition, Tashi has been awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, The Army Achievement Medal, The Army Expeditionary, The Iraqi Campaign Medal, The Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, The National Defense Service Medal, The Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon. She is a graduate of Saint Augustine’s University in Raleigh, NC where she pledged Delta Sigma Theta sorority.

In 2015, Tashi became a licensed and certified Beauty and Wellness Specialist and launched Tashi Chic Boutique. As the founding visionary, Tashi has labored in every aspect of starting a business from the ground up. She looks forward to seeing the fruit of her work in her recently launched Beauty IN Wellness success coaching brand.

As a Beauty and Wellness Guru, Tashi believes that beauty begins within. As CEO, she ensures that clients are provided a holistic approach for a healthy lifestyle that does not compromise excellence.

Tashi is often called upon as an empowerment speaker and looked up to as a role model for the successful modern women with multiple responsibilities. She hopes that eventually she will be known as a Philanthropist providing necessary resources (monetary and human) to the world. She has a particular passion to build programs that will enhance the social and economic lives of single women and their children.

Currently, she serves her community as Holistic Wellness Specialist providing life, success, and empowerment coaching workshops for businesses.

Tashi resides in Fayetteville, NC with her three amazing daughters Aleera, Ta’’Meera, and Akeera. They are also known as Tashi’s Girls rising young business moguls in their own right.
