I am the owner and roastmaster at Taste the World, a gourmet food store and coffee roasterie in Oswego, NY. Last year, while attending the Fancy Food Show in New York City, I finally decided to jump in and open the specialty food store and coffee bar that I knew Oswego needed. Upon returning home I set to work planning the store; learning to select, roast, and create quality fresh-roasted coffee blends; and studying the intricacies of cheese, olives, and other delicacies. Six months later I opened the doors to Taste the World and have continued to expand my business in exciting new directions.
