I'm a fitness loving digital strategist and blogger who lives in Washington D.C. I currently work as the digital director for The New Media Firm, a democratic advertisement agency.

I'm also the owner and author of applyfit.com where I write about the intersection of technology and fitness from an honest, reliable, and thoughtful perspective. I'm particularly interested in how technology ranging from traditional websites, to mobile devices to wearable technology affects individuals' access to health and fitness and cultural/societal values.

I'm a Davidson College alum (go Cats!) with a masters from American University who can be found running the streets of DC, in the yoga studio, or people watching at Union Market.
