My name is Tatiyana Owens, I am 21 years old, and I'm currently a senior at North Carolina Central University. I major in Family and Consumer Science, with a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations. As a teen I helped out with my nieces and nephews, so I've always loved kids. I get a fulfilled feeling when I see them grow and learn so vastly. My ultimate goal is to be the director of my very own Child Care Center. I will ensure that each and every child is learning at their own pace, while keeping them all on the same pathway. I'm excited to intern, I know it will give me the experience and knowledge I need to succeed with my career.
