Rebecca Taub

Rebecca Taub specializes in the teaching and learning of foreign languages, instructional strategy and design, and e-learning development and delivery. She earned a M.A. in Education and Communication from the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, and a B.A. in Spanish and Foreign Language Education from the University of Iowa. Rebecca is certified to teach middle and high school Spanish in IL, MA, and RI. Rebecca’s teaching and educational development experience range from preK-12 and higher education throughout Europe and the USA.

Rebecca is on the Board of Directors for Blackstone Academy Charter School, a public charter high school in Pawtucket, RI and is working on the Clemson Online team at Clemson University to assist the Department of World Languages with the development of online language and culture courses. As often as possible, Rebecca enjoys participating in local EdTech and teacher groups, as well as tutoring local students who want to improve and practice Spanish.

Rebecca is committed to working with organizations and institutions to create and enhance educational opportunities and environments with technology and Web 2.0 tools, fostering best practices in online education, interdisciplinary engagement, and accessibility for all students, and sharing her superior communication skills, passion, knowledge, and experience in education and training.
