I am an enterprising, hardworking and technically skilled Accountant known for accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness with over Five years of experience working with youth and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in civic engagement, SMEs accounting and regularisation, statutory file & compliance management, business development, marketing, and mysterious customer/stakeholder reporting.

I am currently working as Business & Development - Regulatory Compliance Consultant (Founder) with CATHIMA INVESTMENTS a financial services firm I established (2015) on a mission to regularise the informal sector/SMEs, facilitating their inclusion into the formal economic activity to leverage on Government revenue, effective tax administration and institutionalization of accounting systems & statutory compliance. The Project initiative(www.cathimainvestments.co.zw) has yielded positive strides to date with more than 127 SMEs and social enterprises previously non-regulated which are now formally incorporated and Tax compliant submitting TAX returns and other statutory fees to the National Income.

I am actively involved in social responsibility projects through advocacy and lobbying as Socio-economic Activist and volunteer for public health awareness campaigns as the Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) Brand ambassador for my Highfield community for Population Service International-(Zimbabwe). Also, I volunteer for YALI/RLC/SA Zimbabwe Alumni chapter committee as Monitoring and evaluations coordinator (2017 - 2019) responsible for collating and reporting Alumni success stories to the RLC-SA.

My long-term objective is to major in regulatory compliance consultancy, financial services, manufacturing FMCGs, private intelligence, and cyber security.
