Ahmed Tausif Aijazi
I am a doctoral student at Western Michigan University doing my PhD in Print & Paper Engineering with special focus on Printed Electronics. I completed my MSc. in Advanced Computer Graphics from Linköping University, Campus Norrköping, Sweden. Before that, completed my bachelor of engineering in electronics from NED University, Karachi, Pakistan, after which I was employed as a maintenance engineer at MicroPoint Interactive. Then I moved to DAWN Media Group, pre-press section and was responsible for rectifying all the pre-press related problems. After gaining five years of working experience I came to Sweden for masters’ degree and worked as a part time software engineer at Racetimer AB. During my studies at Linköping University, I actively participated in the research area of color halftoning and graphic arts which resulted in a conference paper titled "Hybrid Color Halftoning". Along with my job in Pakistan I had been teaching programming of Micro-Controllers. Moreover, I was also the examiner of number of student thesis projects held at NED. I am also very proud of starting a small business, a book store, during my college studies which has now grown into a successful business.
