Tavio Hobson currently works for Dynasty Sports Management where he is Vice President of Business and Basketball Development. Tavio has a passion for supporting and developing young athletes as they work towards careers in professional basketball. In addition to managing athletes, Tavio develops endorsements for Dynasty Sports clients. Tavio Hobson currently manages 18 National Basketball Association players in addition to many who are playing abroad. Dynasty Sports Management is a fully integrated sports management company and Tavio Hobson is a proud part of the team.

Prior to Dynasty Sports, Tavio served as Corporate Partnership manager for the LA Clippers. In his first 120 days he secured the largest corporate partnership deal in Clipper history. Tavio is helping transform the Clippers franchise into a global brand by leveraging corporations’ brands via the Clippers’ partner platforms. In November 2015, he was recognized by the NBA as 1 of 29 emerging NBA team executives.

Tavio Hobson sits on several boards in the Los Angeles area including Los Angeles Southwest College Foundation and Watts/Willowbrook Boys and Girls Club. In 2015, Tavio was chosen to be a Fellow for the German Marshall Fund.

Prior to being with the Clippers he was the Founder and Executive Director of a community based afterschool youth development program for boys and girls grades 4-12. Tavio's nonprofit was a leader in sports based youth development, used an innovative approach combining academic rigor, leadership development, civic engagement and competitive sports transforming the lives of hundreds of youth. Tavio Hobson received his BA from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut and his Executive Masters in Leadership from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business.
