Kay2 or "Kayode Oloyede" was born on October 24, 1986 in Lagos, Nigeria. He is the son of Ken Oloyede, a teacher who has worked with the State Minisstry of Education. Two of his uncles, Gbenga Adekoya and Tobi Adewale, are also music artist. Kay2's father is an African American whiler his mother is a full Nigerian. Attended kings College Yaba
