Dr. Yahya Madra, a close friend and mentor, sat in a room with me discussing the oil politics of Libya. As I drew graphs concerning growth, spouting theory, Yahya simply said, "Why growth? What about the perils to growth?"

This statement developed into the guiding light for my personal life, and professional and academic careers. Innovation exists to improve on what we have, not to force forward without thought. If growth is neccesary, it must be a known quantity: sutainable and replicable.

My professional career focuses on Healthcare Administration and Business Operations. I am currently expanding into Process Improvement.
