I am a personal trainer, blogger, foodie and entrapreneur. Lifting Revolution is my healthy living blog where I get to have fun sharing fitness tips, meals, recipes and adventures from my life.
I am also the head trainer of the women's fitness community: Fit Women's Weekly.
While I love exercise and training, food is a passion. As a vegan, I love experimenting to bring amazing flavors to otherise boring meals.
I live with my husband, Dan, and our two pets: Zoe (silky terrior) and Nike (black cat). We live in Charleston, SC where I also own and run a women's only boot camp!
I love all things fitness and have participating in road races 5-10Ks; strong women competition, figure; mud runs and I am currently training for my first 1/2 marathon. Fitness shouldn't be defined as being good at one thing, but having fun with a bit of all things exercise.
