It has been proven that laughing is good for your health. I think laughing does more than improve your physical state of wellbeing; laughing is also good for the heart and the soul. There are very few cultural universals in this world, laughter is one of them. Everyone around the globe understands the joy that accompanies a good, stomach aching laugh. We should all laugh every day, multiple times a day. More than that though, we should be completely selfless when it comes to laughter. Laughing is not something we should keep to ourselves, it is something we should love so much that we wish to share it earnestly with the others. My goal is to be a creator of laughter and joy, to be the sunshine in someone’s cloudy sky.
