Taylor Helm

First and foremost I am a man that strives to live my life with integrity and gratitude. I have been with my wife Caprice for 25 years and we are the proud parents of four children. Our goal is to create opportunities in our lives to honor God and be generous in our time and finances in outreach to our community.

Born in San Diego later moving to San Clemente California in 1976, this is "home".

But as an established Builder and always having a steadfast work ethic, it is all too easy to have work consume your life by working 70 plus hours a week, and it frequently does. But I always try to maintain balance in my life by carrying the same commitment I have in my personal life into my business relationships. Our Business motto is "Integrity from the ground up". This reminds me and my crew that we can only be as successful as much as we can be reliable and trustworthy.

I acquired a General Contractors license in California many years ago after years in concrete and foundation work. Later to move to Australia to do some projects and acquire my New South Wales Australian Building license back in 2010.

After more than 30 years in the construction trades, I have worked in many aspects of the the industry and find my greatest strengths in design and implementation of complex architectural building, management, and construction budget management.

Specializing in Building homes and substantial interior and exterior rennovations of fine homes using unique finishes and architectural concrete, water features and integrated hardscape design.
