My name is Taylor Arnold, and I am a freshman at Loyola University in Chicago. Currently, I am majoring in Advertising/Public Relations with minors in International Studies and Women/Gender Studies. I hope to one day work as an event coordinator, possibly at a non-profit organization.

During my senior year of high school, I had the honor of hosting a charity fashion show benefitting a local battered women's shelter. It was probably one of the most stressful times of my life, but the $2,500 I raised was completely worth it.

I am the type of person to fight to the death for something I'm passionate about - that includes my family and friends, my future, and my creativity. I think everyone should have some sort of expressive outlet to keep themselves stimulated. I am called the "grandma" of my friend group because I much rather prefer sitting in my matching flannel PJs while knitting on a Saturday night. I belive it's important to combine both work and passion - find something you love and just do it. Don't worry about other opinions. You do you.
