Taylor Associates (International) Ltd was established in 1993, specializing in derivatives, equity, capital markets, risk and treasury training. He has personally trained in banks, brokers and corporates in the UK and overseas as well as being a prominent speaker, both in the UK and internationally.
Derek’s long career started in Midland Bank Group Treasury (HSBC), where he quickly rose, becoming a senior Director, before moving to Lehman Brothers and Bank of America, working both in London and NY.
Derek successfully pioneered cross currency broking, first at Tullett Prebon, and then at Harlow Butler (ICAP).
Derek is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers, a member of the ACI, the Financial Markets Association (Forex) and a member of the Society of Technical Analysts.
