Taylor Baggott is a Minneapolis based singer-songwriter. He began writing and performing his own original music at age 15 and soon found the true voice in Soul music. His coined style, “Blue Eyed Roll n Soul”, is reminiscent of the old school Soul of the 60s and 70s; this new school groove stays true to Taylor’s roots, while adapting to the vibe of today’s acoustic pop music. Taylor is confidently making strides to define a unique generation of Soul artistry

Taylor has strong ties to the L.A., N.Y. and Nashville music scene’s with many established artists. L.A.’s Ernie Halter sang on his last record; Taylor played locally with MN break out artist Jonny Lang & Nashville’s Jason Eskridge on there midwest tour. Also, opening and performing with acts like Tyler Hilton, Keaton Simons, Brett Dennen, Tony Lucca, and Josiah Leming; evenopening for Uncle Kracker with his vocal Band InPulse in the summer of 2010; He has proved his place among the top acts in the solo artist circle.

With 5 solo albums under his belt, his most recent- ‘ROLL ON EP’ - is a more focused direction for Taylor. Inspired by the upbeat and bluesy sound title track off his previous album “Soul Searcher”; he has released 4 new songs that are trademarked Roll n Soul. He Frequently plays notable Twin Cities venues like The Dakota, Bunkers, Cabooze and Fine Line; and various Chicago venues. In 2010 he toured the country coast to coast as his own solo acoustic act, making his way from New York, Chicago, Nashville and LA.

Taylor has burst onto the music scene with unmatched passion, drawing accolades from far and wide. With a smile on his face, he is ready for whatever the industry has in store for his very bright future.
