Taylor Choquet

I am a senior at UMass Amherst, studying in the Isenberg School of Management with a focus in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I have a strong passion for cooking, baking, dancing, and making people happy. I am currently working as a supervisor at The University Club and Restaurant on the UMass campus.
At the age of 14, I began my own cookie business called Taylor Baked Cookies. The company consisted of homemade chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. They were sold at a local bakery for a few years, but now they are simply made to order due to my full-time student, part-time supervisor status.
Hopefully, I will own and operate my own restaurant or bakery someday. Until then, I am searching for a management position in a restaurant in the Boston area.
