Taylor Cole Kaleta

A scholar engaged in studies at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Taylor Cole Kaleta expects to graduate in 2013 with his MBA in Health Administration. He currently works as a Graduate Assistant who helps an economics professor do research for articles and provides support related to the Robbins MBA Healthcare Program website. Previously, Taylor Cole Kaleta worked as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Houston's TCK Enterprises, LLC. In that capacity, he successfully advanced insurance sales functions and designed marketing solutions targeted to more than 1,000 professionals.

In addition to his accomplishments in business and education, Cole Kaleta earned his FAA Commercial Pilot License with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings. He served as Vice President of the Baylor Organization of Aviation, and membership doubled during his tenure spent advocating for environmentally friendly aviation fuels and drastically increasing participation in community service activities. Moreover, he belongs to the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

Beyond his engagement with aviation, Taylor Cole Kaleta has helped better his community through charitable involvement. He supported "Steppin-out," an elder assistance program hosted by Baylor University, and volunteered as a House Leader for the Houston chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He also took part in several food drives for the UNICEF Youth in Philanthropy program.

Cole Kaleta participates in professional organizations related to his field of interest, serving as Vice President of Future Healthcare Executives and as Student Affiliate with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Texas Hospital Association. Additionally, he belongs to the Graduate Business Association.

An individual with a wide range of interests, Kaleta pursues a passion for the outdoors, enjoys symphonies and classic rock, and traveled throughout Europe.
