I am 24 years old and ever since middle school I have been obsessed with how my body was and was constantly self conscious. It wasn't still I moved to California and got into fitness did I finally find a way to be happy with my body. It has been a passion since 2009 to help others be happy with themselves and realize that its not about perfection its about progress.
