Taylor Hallman, a resident of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, has spent nearly six years with Prudential Financial in Newark as a certified business continuity associate. In this role, the Franklin Lakes resident has assisted Prudential Financial clients with developing, testing, and maintaining disaster response and business continuity plans. Among other duties, Mr. Hallman identifies the areas in which a business may be dependent on technology or processes that can be disrupted by an accident or disaster and subsequently establishes strategies for maintaining these processes under abnormal business conditions.

Mr. Hallman studied business management at the University of Rhode Island and Washington College. Prior to joining Prudential Financial, he operated his own business that provided tutoring, mentoring, and coaching services and served as a manager for a national pizza franchise.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Hallman enjoys giving back to the community. As an active member of the Washington College chapter of the Theta Chi fraternity, he took part in a number of community events, including multiple Chestertown, Maryland, community fundraisers and holiday events benefiting local children. Additional charities he has supported in the past include Habitat for Humanity, Teens Need Teens, and Eva’s Kitchen Homeless Shelter.
