Having worked with Employee Benefits for nearly 7 years, I have encountered lots of people, questions, queries and reservations.
Some have been easier to predict than others and I wanted to share some of the knowledge and best practices that I have learned not just in Benefits but in the art of Engagement and the world of HR.
I am always keen to learn, and HR is so fascinating! Every meeting I have ever been to has started with a behind the scenes look at what takes place......and no two days are ever the same.
Employee Benefits definitely has a place in Human Resources but it doesn't just end there. So many things can be achieved by Engaging the workforce and there are so many great ways to do this and make these dreams a reality for any business.
Im not suggesting that Employee Benefits is the answer to every question, but if your staff were really engaged, excited and motivated to come to work............how much easier would it be for you?
