After graduating from Loyola University with a degree in history, Taylor Tomnitz started working for D.R. Horton, the nation’s largest home builder, in 2011. Last year, she became the company’s top sales agent in terms of the number of homes sold and total dollar volume.

In fact, over a two week period, Taylor Tomnitz managed to sell $6 million worth of real estate, and she recently sold 17 homes in Orange County in just four months. Ms. Tomnitz specializes in selling high-end properties, and she is currently selling homes priced from $2.4 to $3.5 million in Rancho Palos Verdes in a project named Emerald at Casaba Estates, which is within the Rolling Hills Estates development.

Ms.Tomnitz is also very athletic. She has played soccer since the age of six, and though she was involved in the sport competitively growing up, she currently enjoys playing in a co-ed league in Manhattan Beach.

Ms. Tomnitz is also a member of the Young Republicans and supports Habitat for Humanity.
