I'm Tayo and this is about me. I am a management consultant living in Lagos, Nigeria. I love to create useful management solutions, and I've been doing this since 2005. I have a BSc in Physics.

I have worked for leading lights in several sectors/industries within Nigeria including the nation state, Power, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Retail, eCommerce and Manufacturing. Most of my interventions have been around Strategy, Structures and Management Processes. These have ranged from large restructuring engagements to finding a comparative advantage to crafting winning strategies.

At heart, I am a curious tinkerer – observing, processing, creating, tweaking. My output is simple and clear to understand and implement. And I look forward to working with you.
