Mr. Iqbal has an honours degree in Statistics and various professional certifications in HRM combined with over 11 years of diversified experience in various fields of Human Resource management with world class organisations.

In the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Iqbal is currently working as Head of Operations for On-Site Recruitment Solutions MENA (official partners of SEED MENA and The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Makhtoum). In his role with On-Site, he has been working closely with local and multinational organisations to support their recruitment and contracting needs.

Prior to this, he has served as Outsourcing Manager for Ultimate HR Solutions, leading HR solutions provider in the region for over 4 years. During this period he served as an onsite Outsourcing Consultant for National Bank of Abu Dhabi to establish their in-house outsourcing department. He has also worked closely with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Al Hilal Bank for their executive recruitment and outsourcing.

He also held key recruitment position in Al Ghurair Centre, Abdullah Al Ghurair Real Estate and Nojoum Hotel apartments in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Before moving to UAE, Mr. Iqbal has worked for several Human Resource projects for private and public enterprises in Pakistan which include MCB Bank Limited, Habib Bank Ltd, Allied Bank Ltd, United Bank Ltd, Lahore Stock Exchange (G) Limited & ACCA Pakistan.
