4/92 to Present:

I have been involved in the Document Hardware Industry, in various capacities, for over twenty years.

In 1992 I established Priority One Technical Services. My vision was to provide professional services and quality products at fair prices. My emphasis has always been on responsiveness, efficiency and effective communication. I have always believed that these components create and sustain solid working relationships based on trust and reliability. This is accomplished by continually keeping up to date on current products and industry trends, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers who deliver quality products, in addtion to superior post sale support and logistical excellence. The typical result has been customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Through the years I have maintained the sales/service/support functions that I started with, but have expanded into document cost analysis and future state design. Optimizing the efficiency of print output is one more important facet in delivering quality support to the many businesses I serve throughout the Hudson Valley Region.

I am always happy to assist my clients with any questions they may have, and am thrilled to meet new businesses seeking reliable, consistent products and services.
