The Talent Based Engagement Cycle (or TBEC for short) is an initiative of the Office of Residence Life at the University of Delaware.

TBEC was created to systematize Student Engagement. That is not to say that this treats every student the same, rather the opposite. We asked ourselves what does engagement look like and how do we actually accomplish it and why?
