International author, life coach, speaker, and radio host, Tracey Booker is President and CEO of Tracey Booker Enterprises, LLC, a lifestyle development company that is dedicated to serving those who are in need of significant positive change in their lives, via Transformational Life Coaching and media outlets. She is also the Executive Director of Metamorphosis, Incorporated, a faith based, nonprofit female oriented service organization, which administers to women and girls, empowering them through various life changes and transitions.

An internationally and nationally published author, her latest work is “Sister to Sister: A Guide for African American Girls”, which is published by the Professional Woman Network. In this literary offering, she shares her personal story of determination, restoration, and life transformation in her chapter “I Love Me! A Journey to Self Awareness: From Overweight and Fearful to Fit and Victorious”. She gives a transparent account of her life as one that has battled the eating disorders of emotional and compulsive eating. Living life as an overweight child and obese teen and adult, Tracey changed her mind set and pulled from deep within to move to a place victory in her life. Her nonprofit organization, Metamorphosis, Incorporated is devoted to helping to decrease childhood obesity and the devastating effects that it has on youth.
